Advantage Group Engineers, Inc. is an employee owned company founded in 1998.  The three founding Principals have over 70 years of experience between them.  Ownership of the company has expanded to other employees beyond the founders.  

 Our engineers have experience designing a wide variety of building types including retail, office, industrial, warehouse, sports facilities, places of worship, education, institutional and residential, including multi-story structures.  The strength of the company stems from the groups' expertise in engineering and our ability to understand the client's needs and expectations.

We have experience designing with structural steel, cast in place concrete, including post tensioned concrete, precast-prestressed concrete, masonry, light gage metal, aluminum, and wood.

Advantage Group Engineers takes pride in the level and quality of structural engineering services we provide to our clients and owners.  Two thirds of the engineers on our staff are Registered Professional Engineers to ensure we have experienced engineers over seeing our projects.

We endeavor to produce quality Construction Documents that provide other design professionals, owners, and contractors with a clear idea of the structural system we have designed.  We encourage our staff to design and detail the projects they work on as if each project was “their own personal project they are going to construct and finance”.   With this approach, we design the elements of the structure to provide a cost effective return on the money spent on the structure.  We have developed long term relationships with most of our clients, as a result they have become our friends, we have learned to work effectively with them, and the Owners’ projects are collaborations between designers with quality design documents.
