Our workforce is comprised of the following positions:

Structural Engineer:
 A structural engineer applicant should have at least a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structural design and analysis.  Applicants are required to have at least four years of experience in the engineering and design of structural systems, and have passed the Fundamental of Engineering (P.E.) Exam.  

Engineer E.I.T./ Designer:
This position is an entry level position requiring at least a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structural design and analysis.  The applicant should have a strong educational background in the field of structures while maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA and have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (E.I.T.) Exam.  The applicant should be willing to adapt their education from the common building materials of concrete and steel to other building materials such as masonry and wood.  Opportunities for advancement are available as well as opportunities for continuing education.

Rivit/CAD Operator/ Designer:
Applicants for this position should have at least a two year Associate Degree in Architectural/ Engineering drafting and have a working knowledge of Auto CAD along with a good knowledge of the various construction materials.  The applicant will need to adapt to company drafting and design standards as well as a customized CAD menu to aid in performing drafting duties.  Experience with and being able to read architectural drawings is  must.  Candidates must possess a high attention to detail and be goal oriented.  Applicants that are motivated and willing to learn will excel and have opportunities for growth and continuing education.
