Annunciation Community Center Cincinnati, OH

This new attractive multi-purpose center for an existing Annunciation school facility provided a much-needed gathering facility. This structure consists of structural steel decking, bar joists and beams being supported on a deep drilled pier foundation system.

M.E.T.S. Boone Cty, KY

This attractive one-story educational and conference center utilized many unique architectural design features. This training and educational center was constructed utilizing steel bar joists and beams supported by steel columns nested within the exterior walls on a shallow spread footing.

Dixie High School Crestview Hills, KY

This portion of the high school expansion consisted of several new classrooms, restrooms and a much needed multi-media center. This addition was constructed utilizing typical structural steel and load bearing masonry walls.

Lebanon High School Lebanon, OH

This new facility is home to the new Lebanon High School campus. In addition to the many classrooms, this multi-story complex included the design accounting for a new gymnasium, an auxiliary gymnasium, an auditorium, an indoor athletic practice facility, a music room and a lower level kitchen attached to a two-story commons area. In addition, a two-story art room and multipurpose room, a one-story administration wing and media center was created as part of this facility. This facility utilized load bearing masonry walls supporting precast concrete planks and a structural steel bar joists floor system. The roof framing consist of structural steel bar joists with metal decking and light gauge metal roof trusses.

Riverview East Cincinnati, OH

This new concrete and steel-framed school facility is located on the east side of Cincinnati serving the East End Community. This facility was constructed along the Ohio river elevated above the 100-year flood plane. The two-story steel-framed facility is elevated on a cast in place concrete platform raising the occupied space above the flood plane of the Ohio River. Students in grades K through 12 utilize this public school facility. The architectural features include the exposed steel framing and diagonal X-bracing to provide a unique architectural appearance to this non-traditional educational facility.

St. Ignatius School Monford Heights, OH

A new multi-story addition to an existing school. The framing consists of composite steel and concrete framing at each level supported by a steel braced frame.

Airport Fire Training Facility Boone Cty, KY

This training facility consists of a single story training and conference center with a second story control tower overlooking the fire burn fields. Members of the Airport Fire and Rescue Department utilize this facility for training exercises.

EvaFarris Education Ctr. Covington, KY

The construction of this education center consists of a one-story addition to the existing Carnegie Arts Theater located in Downtown Covington. This new addition provided needed space for the educational center freeing up other areas in the current gallery for other uses.
