Richard Naegel, S.E., P.E.
Rick is a founding member of AGE, he has over 28 years of experience
designing structures. Rick holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering
from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the
University of Cincinnati. After graduating from college, Rick began work
as an engineer in Cincinnati for Balke Engineers, Pedco, A.M. Kinney,
and lastly Steven Schaefer Associates for 16 yrs as a project engineer
and Principal before becoming a founder of AGE in 1998. He has
extensive experience in all facets of structural engineering and works
on projects nationwide. He is currently working from his office in
Big Sky, Montana, but also works on projects with our Cincinnati Office
clients. |

Robin Hahn, P.E.
Robin, another founding member of AGE has over
25 years of experience designing structures. He holds a Bachelors
of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and a Master
of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Robin worked for Donald Ream Assoc, Sergeant Lundy, and was a project
manager for Steven Schaefer Associates for 11 years before forming AGE
in 1998 with his co-founders. He also has extensive experience in
all areas of structural engineering, and is well known in the Greater
Cincinnati Area for his Historic Renovation work. |

Raymond Brake, P.E.
Ray, the third founder of AGE, has over 21
years of experience designing structures. Ray graduated from
Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Civil Engineering. He also has a Master of Science in Structural
Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. After working for
Building Technologies Inc for 3 years and Steven Schaefer Associates for
9 years he also founded Advantage Group Engineers in 1998.
Ray also has extensive experience in all areas of structural
engineering, including many prototypical designs. |
