1360 Dolwick Dr. Erlanger, KY

This recently renovated one-story, 300,000 square foot, warehouse was converted into a two-story office Park. The design involved removing the entire roof and wall materials leaving only the skeleton structural steel frame. A second floor, with new supporting columns was added within this existing structure to accommodate the additional floor space. Two large sections of the existing roof framing were removed to create interior courtyards providing windows for much needed natural lighting. Several skylights and a two-story atrium were created giving this old warehouse a new Class A upscale makeover. In addition, a challenging architectural feature was provided along the front face of this structure giving it a more attractive road appearance.

Fifth Third Bank Operations Ctr. Cincinnati, OH

This new two-story office facility is the corporate home to Fifth Third Bank. This new addition abuts to an existing three-story office complex. This renovated facility houses the entire banking operation and data processing for all Fifth Third Banks in the entire regional. This structure utilized a braced steel frame to support the concrete floor and roof structure.

Fountains of Mason Mason, OH

This new facility consists of a one-story office and commercial development utilizing metal roof decking, structural steel bar joists and joist girders. The attractive exterior walls were constructed of site cast tilt-up concrete wall panels supporting the roof framing giving this structure a distinctive look of dominance.

Uptown Rentals Cincinnati, OH

This new two-story office building with a below level-parking garage provides an urban appearance to fit into the surrounding neighborhood. This structure is situated on a sloping lot utilizing stone and brick veneer exterior cladding. A three-inch elevated concrete floor is supported on a steel joist and beam framing system all being supported on a deep drilled pier foundation system.

One story commercial office & retail building. Structure consist of a steel frame supported on spread footing foundations. Exterior walls are glass and EIFS on metal studs

National Underwriters Boone Cty, KY

This new two-story, 64,000 square foot office building is home to the National Underwriters Company. This structure has a unique 400-foot radius concave front exterior. The structural framing consists of steel bar joists supporting a 3-inch concrete slab and metal deck. The exterior cladding consists of light gauge metal-framed walls with steel hangers to suspend from the floor and roof structure. These hangers are utilized to support the continuous band of brick veneer over each wall opening.

KY Diagnostics Boone County, KY

This one-story medical center is home to the Kentucky Diagnostics Center providing MRI services for the growing communities of Boone County. This structure features a combination of wood and steel framing to create a level of clerestory windows and multiple rooflines.
