St. Joseph Church North Bend, OH

A new Sanctuary addition to an existing church facility. This structure utilizes metal stud bearing walls, light gauge metal roof rafters and two long span deep steel trusses spanning the length of the worship space creating a large open clear story worship facility.

St. Lewis Church North Star, OH

A new sanctuary addition to an existing wood framed church facility. This project utilized exposed long span steel support trusses, exposed heavy wood timber trusses, and dimensional wood rafters supported on wood stud bearing walls. This structure has a full basement with limited height restrictions constructed of precast concrete floor planks nested within the flanges of the supporting steel beams.

Vineyard Church Northwest Cincinnati, OH

A new wood framed church facility. This structure has a lower level utilizing composite steel and concrete floor construction. The roof is supported by load bearing wood framed walls supporting a multitude of various pre-manufactured wood trusses. The main worship area consists of a spacious column-free sanctuary created from two deep steel truss girders. Several entry canopies were engineered with steel and wood to provide an inviting appearance to this new facility.

Northern Hills Synogogue Cincinnati, OH

This new single-story Synagogue with attached school classroom facility is framed with steel bar joists and joist girders bearing on several load bearing masonry walls. In addition, various steel beams and supporting columns were utilized to frame this roof structure.

Church of God Administrative Building Milford, OH

This new attractive two-story administration headquarter for the Church of God consists of a steel framed structure utilizing bar joists and beams with site cast tilt-up exterior walls. An open atrium provides a unique inviting entry to this facility.

St. Ignatius Church Cincinnati, OH

Phase I development for the St. Ignatius Parish consists of a new two-story Rectory, lower level Celebration Hall, meeting rooms along with several offices servicing the church. The framing of this new facility utilized precast concrete planks supporting the elevated floor, and structural steel bar joists supporting the metal roof decking.

 

St. Veronica Church Clermont County, OH

This new multi-purpose facility and a two-story classroom addition to an existing elementary school were designed to accommodate expansion of a third floor. The elevated second floor framing utilized a concrete slab supported on bar joists and wide flange steel beams. The multi-purpose facility utilized deep rib metal decking, long span steel bar joists, open web joist girders, and a deep exposed steel truss spanning the opening at the stage platform.

St. Michaels Church Sharonville, OH

A unique worship addition offering a full basement level and expanded worship area for the existing St. Michael Parish Church. This addition created a new entry vestibule, Northax, elevator tower, and Sanctuary space. A raised atrium tower utilizing a steel space frame cupola constructed of exposed structural steel tubes anchors this addition. Due to the removal of several existing load bearing walls, this new addition required the shoring and re-support of the existing roof structure during the demolition process.
