Carnegie Arts Ctr. Covington, KY

This project included a new building addition to the existing Arts Center creating a central entry point allowing easier access to both the Art Gallery and Theater. This renovation project also included the restoration of the central skylight structure for the main gallery.

Schoolhouse Lofts Cincinnati, OH

This Historic Renovation project turned an old Walnut Hills schoolhouse into an upscale housing development. A new fifth floor penthouse was added to provide additional unique living quarters to this already attractive building. The creation of several new lofts made this one of Cincinnati’s most creative solution in urban housing.

Hofbrauhouse Newport, KY

The project involved the structural renovation of an existing abandoned one-story structure to create the first authentic Hofbräuhaus in America. This new facility was created to provide an on site Micro-Brewery and Bier Hall with a large dinning hall and outdoor Bier Garden. This historic structure is located in the heart of Newport’s entertainment district along the Levee.

Plum St. Temple Cincinnati, OH

This renovation was performed on the historic Downtown Temple to preserve its use for the Cincinnati Community.

McMillan Hall Miami, OH

The project involved the complete renovation of this 1950’s structure to create the new World Cultural Center at Miami University. This former facility served as an Infirmary Hall for the University. The renovation included the demolition of several load bearing walls, the removal of a portion of the existing second floor framing to create a spacious two-story lobby. The scope also included the addition of a new second floor ballroom.

Dubois Bookstore Cincinnati, OH

This new building addition and renovation was done to the Campus Bookstore serving the University of Cincinnati. The existing structure consisted of brick masonry supporting an existing wood and steel framed structure. The addition utilized a block masonry bearing structure supporting the steel floor and roof framing.

Hyde Park Renovation Cincinnati, OH

This 1950's ranch home was completely renovated, adding a second floor, great room, master suite and gourmet kitchen.

Millet Hall ADA Oxford, OH

This project involved numerous ADA upgrades to Miami University's Millett Hall, including a new elevator tower to access the upper seating arena of existing auditorium. Numerous ramps and structural modifications were made to the existing structure to accommodate the physically handicapped.

Fifth Third Bank Hillsboro, OH

A new entry and renovation to the existing structure located in Hillsboro, Ohio. This renovation involved the ADA upgrades, partial demolition to better utilize the available banking space along with a new vestibule addition that sets this structure apart.

Krohn Conservatory Cincinnati, OH

This Renovation project not only involved a small structural addition to the existing Krohn Conservatory Cactus and Orchid House but also included the complete re-glazing of the entire green house facility.
