This new load bearing masonry and steel framed grocery structure is one of the anchor developments of the newly constructed Buttermilk Town Center retail development of Crescent Springs. This anchor store utilizes a structural steel wall frame to support a two-story parapet over the main entry. In addition, this main entry vestibule consists of many features that involved suspended and curved masonry corbels giving this structure a unique eye catching structural appearance. |

This newly constructed retail development located in Cold Spring, KY utilized a steel-framed bar joist roof system bearing on a series of perimeter masonry walls. Several roof and floor steps were created along the length of this development to conform to the sloping lot for this site. |

Fifth Third Bank Banking Centers
Advantage Group Engineers, Inc. has been continuously providing engineering services for the many different prototype-banking facilities for Fifth Third Banks. These new regional banking facilities are located in seven eastern states from Michigan to Florida. Many of the bank branches adopted the local restrictions of the municipality while addressing the design requirements of the owner. These designs range from the typical one-story wood framed banking facilities to a more complex two-story steel and masonry bearing structures creating a corporate brand design recognizable throughout the regions.

This unique signature building for the newly developed Tanner Station Retail Center is located in Hebron, Kentucky. The structural design incorporated many exposed steel canopies and a unique curved roof and elevated tower giving this hometown grocery store a landmark appearance. |

This new two-story steel and masonry framed bank utilized a wedge shaped three lane drive through canopy with the many clerestory atrium windows. This banking facility possesses a sleek triangular profile giving this structure it signature appearance. This steel framed tower was engineered to support the sloping exterior glazing for a unique entry vestibule. |

Citizens Bank Orion Twp., MI
This new one-story prototype design features a circular entry vestibule tower setting this structure apart from all others. This structure utilized raised atrium and clerestory windows over the main entry vestibule. A four lane covered drive-through utilized a slim profile curved roof structure consisting of curved tubular shaped members. The framing of the roof consists of structural steel bar joists and metal decking bearing on a steel support frame.

A new modern car dealership located in Florence, Kentucky. This structure utilizes a combination of pre-engineered metal building components bearing on concrete tilt-up wall panels. This structure incorporates the use of tall storefront glazing giving the showroom an attractive and inviting feel in which to showcase new vehicles. |

Kirkwood Sweepers Erlanger, KY
This new two-story retail and office facility is located in Erlanger, Kentucky. This structure is tucked into the adjacent hill providing a dock entry at the second level office and repair shop. The structural design utilized a moment resisting steel frame to support both the second floor and roof structure. The elevated floor consists of steel bar joists and metal decking supporting a three-inch concrete slab. The roof consists of pre-manufactured wood trusses giving this structure a softer residential look to blend into the neighboring community.
